• Sorry, don't think so. The upgrade "MEDLINE COMBO ROLLATOR/TRANSPORT CHAIR" ONLY needs the back rest to be swung over. Also the wheels on the original are not capable of making easy turns, upgrade front wheels do a 360 degree swivel making turning around corners, changing direction easy. However it is close to $90 more, so depends on your needs.
