• I believe this is only a Bluetooth receiver. What you would need would be a Bluetooth transmitter (your headphones are the receiver in this case).

• No. This is only a receiver, not a transmitter. This plugs into the receiving end of your sound setup, the stereo, the headphones, the speaker, etc.
