This device can be used to connect a TV to hearing aids that support regular stereo audio over Bluetooth (a Bluetooth profile known as "A2DP"). Some hearing aids support A2DP and some do not, so what we recommend is contacting the supplier of your hearing aids (in this case Phonak) with the exact model of your hearing aids and asking (1) whether your hearing aids support the A2DP Bluetooth profile and (2) what the process is for putting your hearing aids in pairing mode without the use of an iPhone or similar device. If they confirm that A2DP is supported and provide a procedure for putting your hearing aids in Bluetooth pairing mode without using an app, you're all set to use our device to hook your hearing aids up to your TV!
