Yes if you need the TV louder than your wife does these will do the trick. That's why we bought them and my ears appreciate it, I can turn the volume to my level or I can completely mute the TV so I don't have to even hear it and he gets volume adequate for him.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, as long as you don't use the headphone jack on your TV to connect. With that connection, the TV volume is muted, and the headphone volume is controlled with your remote. If you connect with USB or optical, you control the headphone volume, and the other person can control the TV volume separately.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Absolutely. It resolved all of our problems. We had the same issue. You can even mute the TV and still hear through the headset. We are both happy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Others in the room can have the TV volume at their level and you can still hear fine with the headphones because you can adjust your own volume. When I am watching with others, I find I can hear a slight echo from the TV sound itself but it isn't objectionable and I can tune it out. When I am watching alone, I turn the TV sound down enough that it doesn't emit sound. I wear hearing aids and can use the headphones even with the hearing aids in. Interestingly, when I watch at night after I have removed my hearing aids, I find that I keep the headphones on the same volume -- I don't have to turn it louder.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My husband uses the headphones, and I can listen to tv at a comfortable level for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, she can listen via the regular speakers and you can use these headphones to set your volume different than hers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In most instances, if one plugs the Bluetooth transceiver into the TV headphone jack so that the headphones can be used, the TV will be muted and others in the room will not be able to listen to it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure because I don't have that issue but, I would say that you may experience some outside noise. Suggestion; you might solve this problem by elevating the volume. GOOD LUCK!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So i need to physically plug my headphones inthe tv for both of us to hear?
