“My gift card has only 16 digits. How can i redeem it if Meta Quest store only accepts 25 digit codes?”

• You have to redeem it in the store not while your trying to buy the game because it thinks your putting in a promo code for the specific game hense the extra letters

• Heya Guigongas. You should be allowed to enter in the 16 digit gift card to get it onto your account. No need to worry though, we'll do what we can to help.  Can you please try to add the gift card to your account from the Meta mobile app? If you don't know the steps, here they are.  1.Open the Meta Quest mobile app. 2.Tap Menu 3.Tap Wallet 4.Tap + to open Add to Wallet. 5.Tap Gift card. 6.Enter your code under Gift card code or tap Scan QR Code to scan your gift card’s QR code with your camera. You can now use your Gift Card to purchase apps and experiences at the Meta Quest Store. If you still have issues with entering your gift card, please go to our Meta website to get better assistance. When you go on our website, you'll just need to click the support button, and then just enter in what best describes your problem. Eventually you'll get asked to talk to one of our amazing agents.
