This is the 3rd time I've purchased a video game unit that was refurbished/renewed and honestly I feel better about these. It's like they had more attention paid to them. I'm not sure how that works but like I said they're repackaged like a new item and I've had no problems and it's definitely worth the price difference. A:AnswerNo it doesn't but theres not really a need theres an app for youre pc you can download of the web and you can also use youre phone. The can do much but there is an option to screen cast not useing the app. I cant recommend getting the app as some say its pointless. I do have it myself and have never used it.
