My product was defective after using it Cracks started appearing And it became weak

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine broke, Best Buy won't honor a return after 30 days. Oculus has dragged their feet and made the process as difficult as possible. I'd avoid this thing like the plague at this point.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. If you look inside the box it came in it should have a warranty to oculus. But if you threw away the box then I guess you will have to buy another one or stick with the original strap it came with. But I had my elite strap for 3 months and it does not have a single crack on it. If you buy another elite strap I would say not to take off the strap without untightening it because I'm guess you probably did that.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it does. Contact Oculus with your proof of purchase. They are known to break but Oculus will gladly replace them usually headache free
