You no longer need the link cord. The built in Air Link works over W-Fi. Virtual Desktop does the same probably a little better. The cable really kills the untethered immersiveness. I play Steam VR games alkl the time on my Q2 and Q3. Half-Life Alyx is amazing!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use use it with a PC or laptop as long as it meets the required specs. If you use airlink to connect instead of a USB-C cable between the computer and the headset, the wireless must use 5gHz, not 2.4gHz and the access must not be through a secondary access point. In addition, the PC and the Quest 3 cannot both use the wireless. The PC has to be hooked up direct with an ethernet cable to the internet access ppoint, Apparently the bandwidth of the wireless cannot handle both devices at the same time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Beware of compatibility issues with your pc graphic card. Very few graphic cards are supported. Check on Meta website for more information.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As others have said you can now use airlink, with that said the experience will be bad if you don't have Wi-Fi 6, before jumping in on the wireless bandwagon be sure you have a router that will support the Wi-Fi 6 bandwidth!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes you can use it with your pc just download the meta quest app on your pc then it will tell you if you want do air link wireless or buy a 80$ link cable
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can use it with PC. You can connect either via Link cable or Air link.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This should be Link compatible, just like the Quest 2. You connect your headset to a PCVR ready computer using a USB C. And using the Desktop App you can play PCVR games. You can also connect to the Desktop App over Wifi and play games that way, but I would only suggest that if you have really good internet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can do it wirelessly or with a usb c cable. You'll need a usb c cable with high transfer speeds to do it though.
