You can use both quest 2 and quest 3 together with one account and both will have the same exact games and apps but generally, you can't play one game at the same time on both quest.

I have a Quest 1 and a Quest 3 now. Games are working between the two and the saved games are transferring between the two as well. They use the same mobile app so it appears to sync them. Pretty cool actually.

As long as you register the quest 3 under the same account, you can transfer any games. The games are tied to your account, not the headset.

If you sign in with your Meta Account on the Quest 3, you should be able to re-download all the games you bought on your Quest 2

Yes you can use both the quest 2 and 3 on the meta app it allows for you to have 2 vr hedsets max and you can transfer your games from the quest 2 to the 3 as you will need to download your games and log in to your meta account
