• I’ve noticed in Horizons it does track facial and eye movement. Not sure about other VR chats.

• Not yet. Right now facial and eye tracking are only supported in Horizons and Horizon Workrooms. It is a matter of getting the code for tracking released to the developers so they can get it integrated into their own applications.
