Would this work for 2 12s and a 2500 watt amp null

OMG noooooo. Your going to need two or zero gauge for that big of amp. Good luck running that thick wire

This would not be very sufficient for a 2500 Watt Amp. If you do not use the proper gauge wire for the amplifier, the heat builds up, and decreases the efficiency of the amp, which can result in damage to your amplifier. For 2500 watts I would recommend 1/0 gauge wiring.
