• A:Answer No, you have to be on with the thousands of Nintendo fans and resellers to compete with at launch. Please stop the spread of misinformation about bots. And stop resellers by encouraging friends and families from buying from them.

Q: QuestionWhy don't they make u answer certain questions to buy it or make it a long process to buy the product? That way it's harder for scalpers and those who really want it can work to get it??? Kinda like those dumb are you a robot quiz things.

• A:Answer Bestbuy and the rest don't care. All copies are being purchased and inventory is cleared period. That is all that matters to them. They are not incentivised to look out for the consumer. We as consumers need to stop buying in protest if we want this situation to change. But we and more importantly they know that is not going to happen.

Q: QuestionThis edition comes with the physical game? or is a download because the European Special Edition specifies that the game comes with it.

Q: QuestionBroken record at this point, but did the pre-order sell out or is it not live yet? Can I be notified when it's live? I'd rather get this than the regular edition.

• A:Answer It sold out within minutes, but it WILL be available again on release day. (which is technically today, as I type this) In fact, I just ordered one. Unfortunately, these replies take up to 3 days to be approved, so my answer might not reach you in time. It was 3:00 am Friday morning (8th) on the east coast, when I just happened to check here and was shocked to find an “Add to Cart” button on it. I grabbed it right away and and checked out. It’s scheduled to deliver on the 15th. I went back to view the listing again, but now the add to cart button is gone. I don’t know if it’s because I got the last one or because they only allow one per customer… I dunno. However, it *does* say that there’s ONE left in the STORE near me, available for pick up only. It says I could pick it up tomorrow (friday 8th), which is technically TODAY, when they open. So I could have one in hand today if I felt like driving there, but I already pre-ordered a digital download, so I don’t mind waiting for the 15th for the Limited Edition. So definitely check the stores around you. The limited edition WILL be available on release day after all. I just don’t know how many they’ll have or how fast they’ll sell out.

• A:Answer Most likely, you're right about that. Hopefully the amiibo will be in stores on the release date. I doubt that will be the case for the special edition of the game though.
