- Answer Hi there! That is a Microsmooth tip, it is used for microdermabrasion treatments that you can do to maintain your exfoliation treatments in other ways besides hair removal. QuestionIs it difficult to change the razor head? I had one of these that was a different brand but more expensive, and the razor head was so hard to get off I ended up with a very deep gash on my thumb. Also, how often does it have to be changed? Thank you.
