• A:Answer It isn't mean to run as a power source. The lead acid battery which is old school is meant to be used to jump start a battery not run other electrical devices. Anyway, the manufacturer does not say anything about the watt hours of the battery.

• A:Answer I have found that the unit needs continuous power. If you disconnect it the worst thing is you may have to reset the internal time display.
