• A:Answer I had the same issue and it’s simply because they are out of stock. You can keep trying, even if you have to leave the site or app and try again later. It’ll just verify your info for the citizens one credit again without a new inquiry. I got mine to go through early on a Monday morning. (Around 5am) Best Buy seems to restock more than other retailers so just keep trying.

Q: QuestionWith the shortage of available XBox series X consoles I bought mine with Gamepass. I would like to upgrade my wife but she is covered by my Gamepass, can I stack 2-24 months on the same account or save it for later use say, a year or so? Thanks.
