- Answer Your 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is delivered directly to your console. Redeem it during initial console setup or later in the Settings app. To redeem during initial setup: As you set up your new console, you’ll be prompted to redeem the Digital Direct offers that come with it. If you decide not to redeem them right away, the offers remain on the console until they’re redeemed. To redeem after setup in Settings app: Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select My games & apps > See all > Full Library. Look under Available offers to see your offers.

QuestionWhat does it mean, "awaiting for authorization" for my citizen one credit line for my Xbox series X all access ? Seen this on my order status .

- Answer The line of credit out Loan with authorize. But it will remain at a zero balance until you receive your item. One the Best Buy website side of things it will say what you are seeing until the Xbox ships then it will have normal status updates. Mine did the same thing but all worked out well in the end. Mine even came a few days earlier than originally expected:)

QuestionIs the 24 mo subscription console specific? If I am gifting this to a friend who already has a subscription, could I use the subscription on my own separate console?

The 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to the console and is redeemed during the initial console setup or later in the Settings app. If gifting to someone who is already a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, the 24 months will be added to their membership.

QuestionI you already have 2 1/2 years of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and the max you can have is 3 Years. What happens with the 24 months? Does it add to my 2 1/2 years past the 3yrs? Does it only take me up to 3 yrs max and I lose the rest? or Can I gift it?

- Answer Thanks for asking! There's no hurry to redeem your 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. You may gift the digital code to someone else or wait until your current membership is down to 12 months or less before redeeming.

- Answer Thanks for checking! No, you do not need to cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription. If you were already subscribing to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, then you now have 24 months of service in the bank. Or, if you were subscribing to Xbox Game Pass for Console, your membership has now been upgraded to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Once your 24 months of service has ended, your monthly subscription will resume.

QuestionLinked xbox to wrong Microsoft Account at setup. The only way I can see to fix this is Factory Reset the xbox. Will we lose the game pass "offer" if we do this?

- Answer I posted this question before I discovered an answer. Called MS, contacted BB corporate, went to the BB store I bought it from — the solution is simple but no one involved seems to know how to do it. It wasn’t until I researched the issue for hours that I found someone online who had the solution. This is all you have to do: Call Citizens One and let them know they need to attach your XBOX serial to your All Access account. They’ll ask for your Citizens One account info, then they’ll need your new XBOX serial. They throw it into their system, and that’s it on their end. After a reset (keep your games and apps), the offer will pop up when you are setting up you XBOX again.
