QuestionIt says "up to 6 people" can use it. So if each person has an iMac, a mac book, an iPad, and an iphone, then you can have 24 installations with one product key? Thanks for your help.

QuestionI read that if you dont renew you cant view/edit any docs created prior to the subscription expiring. What if after a year you decide to just purchase the Microsoft suite instead of the yearly subscription, can you view/edit those files from before?

- Answer I’ve been able to edit my Microsoft office files after the Microsoft suite was renewed, I was only able to read the files once the subscription expired but once I purchase the Microsoft office 365 suite, I was able to edit the Microsoft office files again,

- Answer When you create your Microsoft account (which is needed to apply the 0365 license you purchased from BB to your account). There is a section to setup a payment option for renewals. It will tell you the expiration date and etc. Now you can also repurchase another license from BB and reapply that too. But you would probably have to reinstall 0365 again and distribute back out to your devices. Just renewing your current license after it expires through your MS account portal would be the preferred route to take and easiest. Again, any other route will cause you to redownload and reinstall due to the licensing keys being different. I hope this helps. Thx,

- Answer Great question! In order to update your subscription, simply cancel the renewal of your Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, and instead purchase the desired software suite. You will be able to seamlessly update as desired.

- Answer I believe so. Once the subscription is save to that account it can go on any computer. So you can add the office to other computers if you dnt want to put it on yours

- Answer I would say Microsoft 365 for business. This would allow you to have all your MS 365 accounts under one bill with an approx. price of $8 monthly per end user. You would have to check the website for the actual price. This would give you all of the suite that people are looking for when they are staying in your establishment. If you are a small hotel then the Office 365 that allows 5 users should work fine with a price of under $100.00 per year should work fine.

- Answer The subscriptions are designed to be yearly and then renewed. Thus I am pretty sure that the above is not an option. If you purchase the 5 and don't use it that is your option. You are still paying for it. I have the 5 and I am using 4 of the 5 currently. You can put it on your laptop, desktop, and mobile devices. This subscription from my review provides you with the 5 devices for the year whether you use it or not. No bartering of extending the yearly subscription by not using 1 or more of the

- Answer For anyone else who has this issue check your email from Geek Squad reminding you to install it. After getting no useful info from Best Buy I searched old emails and the reminder Geek Squad sent me had the product key listed-I used it from the email and it WORKED!

- Answer Your subscription should extend, at least that is what happened with me. Shop around, sometimes you can find it for for less than the $99 yearly fee. I usually purchase on Black Friday ($85 price).
