How can I cancel my Auto-Renewal of 365. null

I had to call and cancel (1-800-433-5778), but it was relatively straight forward, even though I had next to no info (given it was several years since I signed up).

HOw can I cancel my microsoft year renewal of 365?

Logging in for me and looking for a "cancel subscription" button didn't work for me at all. It is apparent that you have to call Microsoft yourself to cancel your account.

I called and they had to gain remote access to my computer and needed my credit card number again. I am very skeptical about this, but I’m in the middle of it now,

You have to go in to your Microsoft email account itself and cancel the auto renew. Or, they’ll send you an email a bit before they auto renew and you can cancel through there.

You have to go into your actual Microsoft email address to cancel. They’ll also email you a bit before you’re auto renewed so check out that email and see if there’s a cancel button.
