- Answer Through the Xbox accessory app. Download the app on PC through the windows store if you're going to use the PC. Download the app through apps on Xbox if you're going to use the Xbox.

QuestionHow long exactly is the USB-C cable that comes in the box in feet or inches? Also is that provided cable by a 3rd-party brand or Microsoft. Is the USB-C cable braided or at least of a rather decent quality itself with lasting connection points?

- Answer I want to say cable is like 6 or 8 fr and it’s braided from Microsoft I think feels good plus it come with charging stand to charge it so connection pout in controller wont get messed up unplugging and plugging in all the time

QuestionIs there any particular reason why this controller doesn't have a removable battery pack? I consider this restriction to be based purely on greed, they seem to be trying to move me over to a Playstation. I cannot have a cord strung across my living room.

- Answer The average charge life of a PS5 controller is 12-15 hours and it also has a non-removable battery. This controller has roughly 40 hours listed for the battery life. Your call I guess...

- Answer You can hear the buttons, so I guess “clicky sounding.” But it’s not a cheap, really loud click like the older controllers. It doesn’t bother me when hubby is playing at night and Im trying to sleep.

- Answer I don’t know definitively if there’s a Microsoft App Store on Windows 7 like there is on 10/11, but the Xbox Accessories app is where you remap the four alt triggers on the back and adjust dead zones for triggers. That may be it!

- Answer Most likely it will work with the Mac, however I highly advise against buying it, I have returned 2 and not going for a third. I just purchased a recharging kit and using my old controller that has been working for over 1 yr.

- Answer Just received my controller last week. It's an FST-00001, and the A button sticks terribly. It did help a bit to use an alcohol wipe with my fingernail and clean around the sides of the button, but it still sticks a bit. Of course, there are no more controllers in stock to exchange it with.
