They can not. but I do controller repairs and would happily fix it for 20$

I have 2 that i need the bumper fixed and something else i forgot what was wrong with it but i want to see if they can fix both so i can sell one and have a back up because i have 3 total.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, Geeksquad is not able to repair controllers or consoles. That’s where the warranty makes things easier when you purchase it through Best Buy as they are able to exchange the controller at that point depending on the type of functionality/damage. If it’s a simple cleaning then someone may be able to help at your local Best Buy, but outside of that they do not service them.
