A:AnswerI would go somewhere else I got one from best buy and they wouldn't even honor the 40$ 2 year warranty I purchased when I bought it.. I'm very angry with them because of it because I had to send it to Microsoft to get a new one and I'm having to wait for 3 weeks. I hate to say this but I never had this problem with gamestop.
A:AnswerImagine having the extended warranty through Best Buy and not being able to get this controller after it brakes from 2 months of play. The controller and the warranty are both money down the drain.
A:AnswerXbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 comes with a 14-day trial membership for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes the functionality of both Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold. This trial membership is for new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers only.
A:AnswerThey feel slightly smaller but just as sensitive. The key to using how to use the paddles is practice a loose grip and don't death grip when freaking out on COD or something. I've been using the paddles since release of the 1 series and I haven't accidentally hit a paddle in a while.
A:AnswerMy elite 2 broke after 2 months of use with bumper problems. it has been a absolute nightmare trying to get it replaced. I have an extended warranty through Best Buy and Microsoft they are both giving me a hard time but admitted the bumper was broke. I spoke to a Microsoft ambassador over Twitter and they said they knew the bumpers were still not fixed and they don't know if they are ever going to be fixed.
A:AnswerWhat you have to do is order a new controller online and have it shipped to the store. Then when you go to pick it up the new controller, ask for a refund for the new controller. Then exchange your old geek squad warrantied controller for the new controller you just returned. this way you dont go without your controller for a week.
A:AnswerYou can always order online, what is not available in the store. I mean you can order it at the store, and then have it shipped to you. VERY fast shipping. Took me about 3-4 business days.
A:AnswerThanks for your question and patience! Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 has proven to be very popular. While stock continues to be available at stores on a regular basis, we recommend checking back frequently for information on availability.
A:Answerdon't look... it's up to $60 now and it used to be $35 at launch, which is already on the steeper end for replacement plans through best buy. the fact that it's so expensive now should tell you one thing. They're horribly defective to the point that they're being exchanged left and right. As someone who has exchanged them over a dozen times with nothing but straight out of the box issues, I think I will finally eat the fact that I've wasted over $200 between my replacement plan and the controller. its pointless to keep exchanging when they are all broken straight from the factory.
A:AnswerYes. The Best Buy replacement plan basically gives you a gift card for original purchase price. So you’ll get $150 credit towards series 2 and get it for $30. And then you can buy another replacement plan on that one (which I highly recommend). I also recommend saving the date you get the new one and bring it back every two years for another one. But to be honest, I’m sure it will break or at least start acting up before then.
A:AnswerIt covers everything (except stolen) you need to turn in the old one. They don’t test or anything, depending on the employee you probably won’t have to say anything other than “it’s broken”
A:AnswerIt’s been unavailable for months now. This is ridiculous! Best Buy will start loosing my business. Their inventory and customer service is starting to go down the drain unfortunately.
