A:Answer “More has been on the way” for over 4 months now. My xbox elite controller is completely unusable with the amount of stick drift it has now in the time waiting, My 2-year warranty is just getting more and more wasted, I recommend not buying the product at all because the amount of problems it has fresh out the box along with not being able to get new one with your warranty. How can a brand as big as Best Buy be this long out of stock, extremely unprofessional. If you want a scuff controller, I recommend scuffgaming.com , they will not be as much as a joke and unreliable as these guys.
