Does this unit support 4K video quality? null

According to the specs, the xbox one S does NOT have a bluRay player. So why did the microsoft help desk answer this question saying yes it does support bluRay playback? Very confusing! DOES IT TAKE DISCS OR NOT????

Xbox One S All-Digital Edition has a built-in 4K UHD Blu-ray player which offers Blu-ray playback and video streaming in 4K resolution. For gaming in true 4K, we recommend Xbox One X instead.
