A:Answer This is the most unreliable charger I have ever used in my lifetime. The Surface Pro charger head burns out and fails within 3-4 months, I had gone through a total replacement of 5 chargers, both factory charger as well as after-market charger, no difference, they all have very low service life, last between 2-4 months. Very disappointed and very inconvenient when the charger stops working. Microsoft totally ruins its reputation through this product. Many similar complaints by many users. Also, Best Buy provides poor after sale support, not honoring Microsoft's online agreement to receive product under warranty to return to Microsoft for repair. I will not purchase anymore products from Best BUy and I will advise people not to use Surface Pro due to the poor charging port design.
