Q: QuestionI want to use a Surface Laptop 3 as my primary desktop setup. Will I be able to connect this to the Laptop 3 while maintaining the screen close; and run a monitor, keyboard and mouse through the dock? Or will I need to have the screen open always?

Q: QuestionIs a power cord that connects the dock to a wall outlet included? Is a magnetic fin cord that connects the dock to the Surface Pro included? Does this include all cords for complete charging through the dock from wall to Surface Pro?

• A:Answer Yes has all cords but avoid this product. It is terrible and Microsoft does not provide support. My Dock crashes my Surface Pro repeatedly without any pattern. Never happens when not connected.

• A:Answer There is a cord with a round end that goes into the far left side of this dock and on the other end of that cord is the charging end which is that strange rectangular plug. Hope this helps.
