A:Answer The Go is a scaled down version of the Pro.
Operates more on the level of a tablet.
The Go comes with Windows 10 S Natively. It can be upgraded to Home from the MS store.
Windows 10 S only allows apps from the store while Home can allow you to install anything.
The Go has less resources than that of the Pro, only having 64 GB of Hard Drive space, 4 GB of RAM and a smaller processor, though it can handle many of your basic applications for everyday functionality which can be installed after you upgrade to home.
MS Pen or equivalent can be used here along with the Magnetic Keyboard so those functions are comparable.
Size is smaller at 10 inches.
If you are looking for some thing on the “GO” for basic features and mobile computing the Surface Go is great, but if you need disk and more processing power and a larger screen, you will want to go Pro. The Go is more of a tablet type machine where the Pro can replace your desktop computer.
