It says there is 237 GB total space. I believe you have about 217 available after basic programs are loaded including Microsoft Office. I only have 176 GB, but I've loaded quote a few apps/programs. I'm not really concerned because with my office 365 subscription of (~$100/yr or $7/mo) I get 1 TB of cloud storage; all my photos/videos/documents go into the cloud. Also, the SSD hard drive will still be very fast even if you find a way to fill it up.

The net space available after downloading Microsoft Office will depend on the type you decide to purchase, but for the Office Home & Student 2016 for PC, this requires 3.0 GB of available disk space. Hypothetically, your net space available in your SSD should be about 214 GB after installation.
