• Really just an upgrade to the inside. Better CPU, faster memory, better screen, newer WiFi chip, etc.

• You have to look at and compare the Specifications for the different models you are interested in. There are too many differences for any person to expect someone ELSE to do all the work and break it down for you. If this is too much work for you, you might consider that you are not grown up enough for a computer.
