The IR camera is used solely for the Windows Hello feature. There is another front camera that you can use it for your video chatting and other applications.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only use I've found is Windows Hello. After the first day of downloading and installing updates (included Hello), I've used it with no issues. Make sure to go to settings and have it scan your face a few more times.
