Yes, it has Wi-Fi. It does not have 5g. The Surface Pro 7+ is available in 2 models. The one from Best Buy has a SD card slot, but no cellular. The other model has a SIMM card slot for cellular (not sure if it’s 5G), but no SD card. However, any Surface could be connected to a 5G hotspot. Most modern cell phones have that capability, or you can buy a separate device that’s a 5G Hotspot. Check if 5G coverage is even available in your area.
