It has a USB-C port for a second external monitor and there is also a Surface Dock available for purchase that has LAN and multiple USB-A and USB-C ports and supports multiple external monitors.

Yes, the docking station (optional and pricey!) has several USB connections and this will work with another monitor. (You need a usb monitor or adaptor)
