Surface keyboards do not have the traditional PrtScn key. In addition, in Windows 10/11, function keys become the secondary function. F8 on the Surface keyboard invokes Windows' Snipping Tool which allows you to do full screen capture, active window capture or free hand capture. Each manufacturer implements the Function keys differently. Dell's XPS 13 has F11 as the PrtScn while Lenovo F9.
