Can I use the keyboard as a cover? null

Yes just leave it attacked and close ot up just as you would a laptop

Yes and no. It protects the screen but the back of the surface is exposed and can get scratched or dinged. You can purchase a sleeve, cover or special sticker to cover it up though. I’ve had it for 2 months, no additional cover and have had no issues with scratches or dings.
