Biggest difference is in the storage. Studio 1 has a hybrid hard drive composed of a traditional rotating hard drive and a small solid state drive. Studio 2 has at least a 1 TB SSD and no rotating hard drive. 7th generation CPUs vs 6th generation on Studio 1. Better graphics. USB C port on studio 2.
