- Answer Yes, you can. I tested it out with mine the other day. It automatically logged the printer and had printing options on a column that appeared on the right hand side.

- Answer Hello there Sci_Fi. Thank you for your post. Surface has not just one, but two 720p HD integrated LifeCam cameras. You can use the front camera to have a video chat with a friend, or the rear-facing camera to record meetings and events hands-free. You can also use either camera to take photos. - Answer Hi Travel gal. Thank you for your post. Surface does not have 3G or 4G but as previously mentioned, you are able to use your phone to tether an internet connection to Surface. - Answer Your surface has a USB port that you can use to transfer files. If you have a USB flash drive, plug into your desktop and drag and drop the files onto the flash drive. Then remove flash drive and plug into USB port on your surface and drag the files back off of flash drive onto the surface. This can also be done if you have a SD card for your surface and a card reader on your desktop. that is how I moved all of my music files from my desktop to my surface with the SD card!

- Answer The tablet comes with Microsoft Office Student (Or Similar) pre-installed. No need to purchase anything additional to it. No option to upgrade the version either. Comes with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. Full working versions of them.

- Answer Hello Chammy Thanks for your post. Surface RT supports apps downloaded through the Windows App Store. If there is an app available for those programs, then yes, it will work with Surface RT. You can view all apps currently available in the Windows Store on any device running Windows RT. Best regards

QuestionExplandalble memoryIs it possible to use a SD card to expand memory of the RT? I am in school and I write a lot of papers and do a ton of big projects. I would like to keep my school work on the SD card so it doesn't take up so much space and as a back up if something goes wrong. Will I be able to do that with this tablet?

- Answer Hi there. Thank you for your post. In regards to your question, yes, Surface RT does have a desktop mode. It comes pre-installed with the preview version of Office Home and Student 2013 RT which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Upon set up the preview can be updated to the full version for free via "Windows Update". Surface RT works exclusively with apps available in the Windows Store, so I recommend checking out the great selection of apps to get more of an idea of all of the things you can do with Surface. www.microsoft.com/surface/surface-with-windows-rt/ You can also learn more by visiting the link below.
