• OEM DVD if its the $169 one. Go to Dave's Tech Rescue on youtube - search on "working December 2019..." After you upgrade you might have problems with your network. Go to Britec09 also on youtube "file sharing over a network in windows 10". Follow the directions exactly and you'll be good to go. worked for me on 3 pc's

• It is OEM only. I had to return my copy because the key provided was invalid. It would NOT install. I would recommend not buying the OEM version. It is more costly but you should pay the extra bucks and get the RETAIL version. I purchased 2 sets of the retail software for 2 computers over the last 30 days and they have been outstanding so far for me. I hope this helps and thanks for asking. If you need more help just ask.

• The version I got was Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and it was a retail key. The OS was not tied to a computer system (OEM). Hope this helps.
