A:AnswerI had this problem once too not with my recent purchase but with another Xbox controller!! So here is what you need to try to fix it! If it continues to happen after these fixes then you might need to return it or replace it! First make sure no other controller are turned on. Turn on the Xbox not using the controller! Then press the sync button make sure the Xbox is seeking a controller! Then turn on the controller and immediately press the controllers sync button! Let the light blink till they see each other! See if the problem happens again! Also check and see in your setting if your controller needs a firmware update!! Via a usb cable!! Hope this helps you!
A:AnswerNo cables. works with any bluetooth enabled platform, iphone, ipad, gaming pc...xboxone. You can use standard AA alkaline batteries or a rechargeable battery pack.
A:AnswerIm confused as to how the battery pack didnt come with one? Did you check the ENTIRE package for it? Or did you just buy a replacement charge pack? I've bought 2 sets of charge packs now and both came with covers for the battery packs, which obviously had the holes to charge the pack without having to remove the cover that they provided. One set was a usb to mini, and the newest was a stand that you set 2 controllers on.
