Return/Exchange it with your receipt at the store from where you bought the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should be able to take it back to the store and they will swap it out for a new one. I had the same problem and took my receipt with Xbox in original packaging and they swapped out the remote for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought an Xbox One S console a while back and never had a problem with my controller since now. I would recommend if you return it asap before it gets worse and before your warranty exchange expires.
