Scratch the back off and then you enter the code that's on the back of the card into your Xbox one

Flip card over and enter the code on the back

Sign into your account thru Microsoft and go to account i believe and insert your code and it will activate on your account

Log into your Xbox, go to "Store", find where it says enter code and click, Then enter code and summit. You will get an email receipt.

Just go into Microsoft store on your xbox and press button that says redeem. Then enter code you got and hit enter and it should set it for you.

Is it not accepting your code? Generally just put your code in via Microsoft page or Xbox console. If you're trying to use the one time 1$ trial but you were a member before then ofcourse it's not going to go thru
