- Answer The only difference between the digital and physical versions of this product are that the digital code is sent by email and the physical version is sent by regular mail as a physical card. QuestionI purchased a physical get pass card (online). It was picked up and I tried to enter the 25 character code on Xbox.com but it doesn't work. Does it need to be activated before I can use it?

- Answer I would check with BestBuy or Microsoft support. The card should not need to be activated, once you enter the option to redeem it should be applied directly to your account.

QuestionHow is it that you can buy three physical cards and absolutely none of them work. It states card needs to be activated by retailer so I spend over an hour on the phone to be hung up on the end by tech support. NO call back either Best Buy blows.

- Answer For the Xbox 1 and Series X/S. Ultimate comes with game pass for console and PC with Live. This means you still get your four free games a month, as well as many perks and free DLC during promotional events.

- Answer Honestly, if your not an ultimate member already I would stock up on the original gold membership and then upgrade to ultimate when they offer the "$1" promotion. It upgrades all of your remaining months to ultimate (up to 18 months). I did this a year ago and still haven't ran out of my ultimate membership.
