And he said that there is a second iteration of the elite to coming out and that's why there are none on the shelves, the 1st iteration had multiple problems. I would be very suspicious about getting this product.

My elite 2 is one of them with the long outstanding elite 1 bumper problem, my elite 2 broke after 2 months.
A:AnswerYou don’t just get that credit. You have to own the insurance plan on your controller and have a defective item obviously to activate the insurance. In that case you would bring it in, make insurance claim and receive your money back equivalent to what you paid for originally.

A:AnswerYou can always just order it as “pick up in store” since they aren’t in stock. What I did was order it on the Online with the Best Buy app and what they did was get a controller from another Best Buy that was in stock and shipped it to me. Easy as that. And if you don’t have a credit card to order it online you can always buy a Best Buy gift card.
