How long does the email take to send for the code? null

It's taken mine a day so far, I'm quite disappointed and have contacted support several times and have gotten no help.

I ordered mine Last night around 10pm or so, its currently been a whole 12 hours & i still havn't recieved mine

Oh they can send you a verification code to your email the second you click the button when you want to spend your money, but heaven forbid they are just as speedy once the transaction is completed.

I ordered a $100 XBOX Gift Card yesterday at around 3am, thinking it would be fast service. It's been well over 24 hours and I still haven't received it. I contacted them they said 24 hours. Its absolutely ridiculous

Previously it has taken minutes but I ordered one today and it’s been over 6 hours. I called customer service and they played the hot potato game. So here we are, hours later no gift card. This is why you order an e gift card so you have them immediately. DO NOT order e gift cards from Best Buy.

Okay, after what seems to be 18 hours since I've ordered, I finally received my digital code. This is in response to my previous post I made earlier.

I ordered 3 years of Xbox Live Gold digital edition in 12 month intervals. I did this last night nearing midnight. It's now 13 to 14 hours later, and my status is stuck on "order received." This is BS. The second I get this cleared up, I am going to post my results back here, because I think it's unfair that everyone above who were complaining about this issue, did not respond back to let the rest of us know how long it took them to resolve the issue.

Since there is no offer for a $30 psn card I ordered 3 $10 digital cards. Best buy wouldn't let me put them in the same order for some reason, so I had to make 3 separate orders. I got 2 of them almost 2 hours after ordering, the 3rd is still processing, 5 hours later.

man its been almost 2 days for me and i ordered a digital copy of dark souls remastered for switch

it can take from anywhere from 12 minutes to 4 hours or even more. if you dont get it within 24 hours definetly call customer support. and they may help you (may) help you not (will) help you.
