• Takes a lot longer than the 30-60 minutes advertised on website. I have been waiting 8+ hours now which is only supposed to happen in “rare cases” (BS). Will not be using Best Buy for any online codes again! You are better off going to Walmart or target and receiving them immediately!! Very dissatisfied

• Don’t ever buy digital codes from this place. They gave me a run around when I contacted them about my code not being available. It’s been 15 hours already and I have yet not received it. Contacted customer service over an hour ago and they said it would be available in an hour which was a lie. I’m still waiting. Don’t ever buy codes from this place.

• I order a Gift card Online Yesterday and didn't Get it within the 30 min - 4 hour Time they advertise because BestBuys online Services are unreliable and useless Fixing your BS bestbuy
