It would not make sense for a person to purchase this Xbox Series X, 2TB Special Edition if you already have an Xbox Series X 1TB console. No difference in performance, only storage space. Purchasing Xbox Series X 2TB Special Edition would be the wisest choice as a first time purchaser of an Xbox-X or as a replacement console switching from Play Station 5 . This Special Edition has internal built in storage total of 2TB, compared to 1TB in the original Xbox-X console. At $100 more for the 1TB extra SSD drive space, this is truly a bargain because 1TB expansion cards can be upwards of $150-$200 just for the card. This extra 1TB of internal SSD space makes game storage much more easier to deal with. No requirement to offload games for storage and reinstall games. For an additional $100. Plus this Special Edition with 2TB built in storage also allows for adding the same expansion cards that were available for the original 1TB Xbox-X for more storage should 2TB not be enough. Truly a bargain for $100 and the way to go, if you need a new console or first time buyer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm pretty sure this is for people who don't have already, or for collectors....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does have an upgraded heat sink and Nexus card. Some will buy it as an upgrade with the extra memory. Some will be first time Series X owners as well. Either way it’s good to give consumers more choices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's what's great is that you don't have to purchase this! You can save your $600 and keep the one you already have. Win win!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You wouldn't, but I will because I do not have the Xbox. My PS5 only lasted 2 years, and this is the perfect opportunity to buy the Xbox Series X, especially since it has a bigger hard drive, preinstalled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.“Logical answer” you don’t have to buy this console unless you want more storage. Also you could trade your current series X for the upgraded storage. The choice is yours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It actually has a upgraded SOC which is more efficient, faster, cooler running, along with a more traditional heat sink, also has fresh new tech smell haha , along with brand new thermal paste/pads. Also comes with a slick looking controller! If you got a series x, it’s probably not worth it, unless you really want one. But if you’re looking to upgrade from your old Xbox one(like myself), this is the way to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I mean I have the series X but an old co worker wants an Xbox so I’m most likely gonna buy the 2TB model and sell my co worker my 1TB series X for $400 flat. Yes I know I’ll still be out like $240 but I mean it’s ok to me because this Xbox looks nice and I plan on keeping it to start a collection of special edition game consoles as they come out in my life time. I already have the 2TB seagate memory card I got from GameStop for $250 (it was on sale) so I’m looking forward to having 4 TB worth of games downloaded. I do understand that not everyone can afford to drop money like that but I mean if u ask me I think it’s a better deal that what Sony just tried to pull with their ps5 pro. If the price on that wasn’t so high I’d buy the pro too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If having 1TB of memory is good but limited in overall capacity. Then 2TB is even BETTER with twice the capacity for storing games.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It supports 8k
