Does this headset have mic monitoring? null

Microsoft claims it does but I own one of these and it does not.

It is built with the microphone that enables you to chat with other gamers on line. I also have other wireless headsets for PC and Xbox. This Microsoft headset gives me a warm voice without causing any echo or hissing sound during my game. This headset also holds the charge for a long time, probably about 20 hours long for continuous use. I would consider this headset the best of all. Just take it if you can afford it.
