- Answer i went through 2 cards from BB like this. I "think" they have a stash of cards before minecraft was reaquired by another company. Call customer service, return the card and get a refund. Then just go online to the website the card was trying to send you to, and just by it direct. Found that to be the quickest solution. Best Buy needs to stop selling this item

- Answer No you can’t. It’s a ply social card you have to get then enter the code for the digital copy of the game. Hope this helps! (My code didn’t work though so I don’t recommend this at all)

QuestionI entered my gift card into the redeem website and it said this code is invalid or has already been claimed. I had the card with me for the entire time from purchase to entry, so I know it was not already claimed. What am I doing wrong?

- Answer Code is case sensitive and only works if inputted as all upper case as shown on the back of the card. Lower case did not work and reported invalid or already claimed.

- Answer You wont get a code in the email. Its a physical one, mine didn't even work i would stay away from this. It was already claimed
