Start here. https://www.mintmobile.com/help/how-do-i-travel-internationally-with-mint-mobile/ It explains use in Europe. Your account can be setup to automatically renew with a credit card. Make sure to set the renewal plan of your choice. If not, you will renew at Mint's highest rate. You will have to store your credit card with your account. Hope this helps to answer your question.
