Yes it will. Your cellular provider doesn't have anything to do with WiFi or WiFi hotspot. It's actually your device, most devices won't have any issue connecting to a WiFi hotspot as long as you have WiFi connection in your settings. It's one thing that almost any phone has as a basic setting.
