From there, we'll make sure everything is where it should be if the phone didn't need to be reset or helping you get signed in and going if it did. I hope this helps. Q: QuestionDoes geek squad have access to iTunes my phone is disabled but can be reset by itunes. My problem is it keeps freezing up. I have a Dell I bought from best buy in 2010. If I have all my info can you get it done? Thanks for your time

Q: QuestionI am trying to switch carrier from Verizon to Mint Mobile and Verizon tells me that Best Buy needs to unlock it because that's where I purchased it and I need a store appointment. Is this true or am I getting the runaround?
