Q: QuestionHello I bought a MSI desktop computer from Best Buy about a year and a half ago. Everytime I connect the Xbox Bluetooth option my computer shuts off every single time, what can I do here.

• A:Answer If you have your purchase receipt, go to your Best Buy and tell them you were not informed of that service when you picked up your laptop and you would like to purchase that service. They should be happy to help you. I have had it for 10 or 12 years. The Total coverage is there any time of the day or night to help you over the phone OR during store hours should you want to make an appointment to go in person with your laptop.

• A:Answer No, it doesn't. However, their WebRoot Virus Production is extremely good and is not expensive. I have had both for the past 10 or 12 years and haven't had one problem with either of them. I auto renew so I don't forget to do it when they come due.
